Strong Mechanical Structure and Reliable Accuracy
The DN300–1200 meters use multi-jet or Woltman type mechanism, with separated measuring chamber and transmission gears to reduce impurities effect.
It keeps accuracy class R80–R200 even under high flow and dirty water conditions.
The meter body is made of ductile cast iron with epoxy coating, working pressure up to 1.6 MPa, and waterproof level IP68, which means it can work for long time in humid underground chamber.

The reading on dial is collected by optical signal and transferred into digital data, uploading to cloud platform in real-time.
Functions include remote reading, leakage alarm, flow analysis and valve control.
This hybrid design make it possible to keep traditional meter reliability and reach digital management at same time.
Low Maintenance and Long Life Design
Compare with ultrasonic water meters, mechanical type DN300–1200 has much lower purchase and service cost.
The optimized gear system keeps high precision for more than 10 years.
Each component such as communication module or battery can be replaced independently, so no need to remove whole meter during maintenance.

Zhisheng Meijia DN300–1200 meters are now used in Shandong, Hebei, Zhejiang, Malaysia and Nigeria, mainly for city water network and industrial metering.
