The dry-type multi-jet rotor water meter is mainly used for measuring the consumption of cold (hot) drinking water flowing through tap water pipelines in households or residential units, and is suitable for water metering in small industrial enterprises and households. It is manufactured in accordance with ISO 4064 (equivalent to GB/T 778-2007).
LXSG-15E~40E (Cold Water): Available with copper, iron, or plastic casings.
When water flows through the dry-type multi-jet rotor water meter, it drives the impeller to rotate. The impeller speed is proportional to the water flow rate, and the total number of impeller rotations is proportional to the total volume of water passing through the meter. The indicating device accumulates the total number of impeller rotations to obtain the total volume of water flowing through the meter, which is displayed on the meter dial in cubic meters (m³).
Since the counting mechanism is isolated from the measured water, it is not affected by suspended impurities in the water, ensuring the normal operation of the counting mechanism and clear reading. At the same time, unlike wet-type water meters, it will not cause fogging or water condensation under the glass due to temperature difference inside and outside the meter, which affects meter reading.
The error adjustment device of this type of water meter is generally an external adjustment method. Its overall dimensions and internal structure are basically the same as those of wet-type water meters of the same specification, and many parts are interchangeable.

Installation, Operation and Maintenance
1.Select the appropriate meter diameter based on the pipeline diameter and water consumption at the installation site.
2.Install the meter in a location avoiding direct sunlight, freezing, and flooding, which is convenient for meter reading, disassembly and assembly. Take anti-freezing measures in freezing seasons.
3.Before installing the meter, thoroughly flush the pipeline to remove stones, sediment, hemp and other debris to avoid meter malfunctions.
4.For accurate measurement, the water flow direction must be consistent with the arrow direction on the meter casing. The meter dial should face upward without inclination, and the faucet should be higher than the meter.
5.The meter cannot be directly connected to the pipeline. During installation, valves should be installed at the front and rear ends of the meter for easy disassembly and assembly. Cut off the water supply when maintaining the meter.
6.If a cold water meter is installed at the inlet pipe of a boiler or heat source, prevent backflow from damaging the meter (a hot water meter should be installed or a check valve at the water outlet).
7.If the meter has slight movement or reverse rotation when not in use, it is caused by unstable water pressure in the pipeline or other reasons. A check valve can be installed at the front end of the meter inlet, or check for water leakage in the pipeline after the meter outlet.
8.Due to temperature difference, moisture may appear outside the meter casing or fogging (condensation) under the glass, which is normal. If it affects reading, pour warm water below 25℃ on the glass to disperse the fog.

Each dry-type multi-jet rotor water meter is supplied with 1 copy of instruction manual, 1 certificate of conformity, 2 pipe joints, 2 connecting nuts, and 2 rubber gaskets.
After-Sales Service
Within one year of use, if the meter is installed properly, operates under normal flow conditions, and malfunctions due to internal parts damage caused by product quality (excluding freezing damage), the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair or replacement provided that the lead seal is intact and effective.
