☆Pay attention to the direction of the arrow mark on the flowmeter to ensure that the water flow direction is consistent with the arrow direction.

 

☆Do not block the valve port with hemp, raw material tape, or other debris during installation.

 

☆Handle with care during the installation process and strictly prohibit rough handling to prevent human-induced damage.

 

☆The HVAC pipeline should be cleaned before installation, and a dirt filter along with a shut-off valve should be installed at the front end of the flow meter to remove dirt and facilitate repairs or replacements.

 

☆There should be a straight pipe section no less than 10 times the nominal diameter at the front end of the heat meter, and a straight pipe section distance no less than 8 times the nominal diameter at its back end.

 

☆The temperature sensor with a red label is installed on the high-temperature pipeline, while the temperature sensor with a blue label is installed on the low-temperature pipeline. The lead wire of each temperature sensor must not be altered arbitrarily.

 

☆All parts of the heat meter (including components such as heat meter parts, temperature sensor parts, and calculator parts) should be installed in locations that avoid exposure to water flooding, freezing conditions, electromagnetic pollution, and allow for easy disassembly.
