How It Works (Transit‑Time Difference)
Two ultrasonic transducers alternately transmit and receive signals. The meter measures the time difference between downstream and upstream propagation, then calculates instantaneous flow rate and total volume. The system consists of a flow sensor (measures volume) and a computin unit (calculates flow rate and totalizer).

Installation Guidelines
General Requirements
Flush the pipeline thoroughly before installation to remove sand, debris, and sealing tape.
Flow direction must match the arrow on the meter body.
Straight pipe lengths: Upstream ≥10D, downstream ≥5D (D = meter diameter).
Install strainers and shut‑off valves before and after the meter for maintenance.
Orientation Rules (Critical for Accuracy)

Within one year of use, if the meter is installed properly, operates under normal flow conditions, and malfunctions due to internal parts damage caused by product quality (excluding freezing damage), the manufacturer shall be responsible for repair or replacement provided that the lead seal is intact and effective.
